JOB TITLE: Retail Sales Representative
DEPARTMENT: Retail
REPORTS TO: Retail District Manager
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt - Full Time or Part TimeCOMPANY ROLE:
An essential retail sales position that interacts with store
management and is primarily responsible for ensuring our assigned
products are achieving authorized distribution, proper shelf location, proper
facings, proper pricing and that all shelf tags are legible and scannable.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To treat all associates, customers and suppliers with
respect and appreciation.
- To treat your word as your vow
by always doing what you say you will do when you say you will do it.
- To represent SellEthics Marketing Group in an ethical and
professional manner at all times.
- To achieve 100% distribution of all authorized items at
all assigned retail accounts.
- To rotate and manage all limited shelf life products as
directed by the Retail District Manager and Director of Retail Operations.
- To accomplish all assigned shelf management objectives.
- To sell incremental volume through surveys/displays as
directed by SellEthics' management and principals and within the policy
guidelines of our customers.
- To plan and manage your time to accomplish all
frequencies and call quality, as directed by management.
- To maintain accurate and current call records and to
respond to special requests within the time-line given by management.
- To turn in all paperwork on time.
- To travel to store sets.
- To establish and maintain a professional working
relationship with all key store personnel and other SellEthics Marketing
Group associates.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Ability to make everyone feel respected and appreciated.
- Ability to prioritize, plan and organize work.
- Ability and authorization to drive retail route.
- Ability to lift and rotate product.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Policies and procedures that affect our services (i.e.
customer check-in procedures, ordering of tags, etc.).
- Products that we represent and how to read product
dating.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
